Mintage: 64,462. Curiously bright somehow despite 25 points of wear and the presence of utterly bold mustard-gold over lemony hues. While obviously moderately worn, this scarcer Charlotte issue almost never saw good strikes to begin with. Unlike some, all signs of circulation amount to honest wear and only minimal bagmarks, compared to many dinged survivors.

Unusual for this relatively lower grade level, the EPQ annotation draws attention to exceptionally sharp edges and terrific centering for this rainbow.
