Annals At Phoenix Collection. While the date is absent due to the 75% off-center second strike, the reverse clearly implies 1976 due to the Bicentennial design. JR-1 small date, square base 2. The obverse shows no evidence of commonly seen clash marks while a partial outline of Liberty's portrait inverted on the reverse proves the dies were clashed at some point prior to striking. Acceptable yet slightly heavy grey toning predominates, surrounded by olive- grey accents.
