Lightly tanned surfaces give this uncut sheet of (12) 1928-G $2 Legal Tender notes a truly organic and original look. This particular series (EA Block) is rarely seen in uncut sheet form and is truly deserving of the Choice About UNC 58 grade given by PMG. Nice centering and a very minor tear are noted (ck).

Land And Home Collection. Subtle yet nicely clashed dies are one hallmark of this "fancy 5" two-cent piece, another being the predominant reddish hue that could not have missed a full "RD" designation by much. The surface appears relatively clean and free from abrasions, although very few scattered carbon spots help ascertain the grade.

The center diamond measures 15x7.9x4.9 (limited to measuring in the mounting) and is estimated to weigh 3.50 ct., SI1 clarity, Bluish Green color, Stone Groups Laboratories Report # 240418A-SJ. There are four small round diamond accents on the side weighing approximately .15 cttw, SI clarity, H color. ring size 8, 5.0 dwt.
