  • Lot #768 - 1890 Proof
  • Hammer: $1,200
  • Half Dollars-Liberty Seated
  • Cochrane Gambit Consignment. Ex-PCGS PR-62 (green label included) per consignor. The reverse likely qualifies as CAM all by itself while the obverse features on minimal texture on Liberty's portrait. Fields retain amazingly deep mirrors and show far fewer hairlines than expected, suggesting possible upgrade in the future.

  • Lot #1 - Ancient Greece - Corinthia, Corinth 4th Century BC stater - NGC XF Star
  • Hammer: $1,300
  • Ancient Coins-Ancient Greece
  • OBV: Pegasus flying left, "?" below. REV: Athena faces left wearing a Corinthian helmet, lily behind with stem pointed to neck. This is a sensational example of a better subtype of this very popular stater. Both sides are exquisitely centered, something hardly ever seen, and the surfaces exhibit marvelous dove-grey with honey lowlights. A fabulous Ancient for the collector.
