Silver Dollar-Morgan
The “Soap Box Sixsome”! While this group lot is not an actual musical band, this “band” of ANACS certified Morgan silver dollars is one attractive bunch. There are three mated pairs that includes an 1883-O MS-64, an 1898 MS-64, an 1881-S MS-65, a 1901-O MS-65, an 1879-S MS-65PL, and an 1880-S MS-65PL. All six examples reside in the older generation “soap box” style holder giving an added layer of attraction (ck).

Large Cents-Flowing Hair
Robert Michaels Collection. Sheldon-11(b or c) (R.3), "vine-and-bars" being "a" of course. The cataloger could not discern "a" versus "b" due to being unable to examine the edge. An attractive leather-brown example with mahogany accents on the raised devices, the extreme edges on either side also display additional coppery exposure. Minor to modest surface granularity is textured to such a fine matte level that it scarcely distracts from the bold presentation. An outstanding example for major type or date entry purposes.
