Included are: 1877-R 5-lire, KM#8.4 (lustrous pewter-grey that includes mossy golden hues at the periphery; one of the most counterfeited coins in the world by some accounts), and 1881-R 2 lire, KM#23 (rare in such high certified grade and significantly prooflike despite a blanket of smoke-blue and ebony-chartreuse toning). A gorgeous custom-made ring set featuring a 1.71 ct. princess cut center diamond, VS2 clarity, L color with French cut side sapphires on the profile and approximately .35 cttw in round brilliant diamonds on the engagement ring and band, SI clarity, I color. The shadow band fits perfectly around the curve of the princess cut and both rings have hand engraving on the bands. Ring size 4, 7.1 dwt.
