Silver Dollar-Liberty Seated
Cochrane Gambit Consignment. Cataloger's grade: [MS-61], the appearance highly reminiscent of 1859-O dollars from the famed bag hoard found decades ago. First is 1811/09 showing details that seem to reach the Fine grade level, although closer inspection finds a scrabble of light old pinscratches above the eagle's left (observed) wing. Accompanying is 1824/2, this example problem-free and infused with old time dark grey and pewter-tan toning. A pair of very popular overdates within this two coin lot.
