Lightly tanned surfaces give this uncut sheet of (12) 1928-G $2 Legal Tender notes a truly organic and original look. This particular series (EA Block) is rarely seen in uncut sheet form and is truly deserving of the Choice About UNC 58 grade given by PMG. Nice centering and a very minor tear are noted (ck).

Odd sized pieces have taken on a marketplace of its own over the past decade or so and this piece is one of the scarcest offerings! This is a second series unique 4oz. ingot with a top hallmark in an elongated octagon. There are fewer than 100 of these pieces believed to be in existence and this is a particularly nice example for the type. Serial #3150 (ck).
