Chocolatey brown surfaces dominate the vast majority of this nearly complete collection of Lincoln cents that are carefully housed in a Whitman Classic album. Mostly lower end circulated grades are noticed with any examples above Almost Uncirculated found toward the later stages of the set. The most notable examples within this collection includes a 1909-S (F, cleaned), a 1909-S VDB PCGS VG-08, a 1914-D ANACS VG-10, and a 1931-S (AU, cleaned) (ck).

A slightly subdued appearance undoubtedly derives from finely matte-textured surfaces that seemingly retain no luster. The obverse showcases exceptionally sharp definition while the reverse may not quite reach the same level of sharpness over a couple of leaves toward the left. Honey-brown overall and showing darker inflections here and there on both sides.
