Every example within this completed set is in uncirculated condition with only a few examples showing intermediate levels of toning. The second set is a Jefferson nickel run that is complete from 1938 through 2020 and offers a truly exceptional level of overall quality. Impetus for the "star" becomes instantly apparent upon first view as bull's-eye album toning on the obverse and circumferential toning on the reverse are to die for. Outer rings of chartreuse-indigo, cobalt-cinnamon and champagne gold align exactly with the classic color progression expected. The coin also boasts an outstanding strike despite cracked dies, particularly for the reverse.
