Half Dollars-Walking Liberty
Average, or very slightly deficient strike quality couldn't quite bring out the fine lines in Liberty's lower skirt, but acceptable luster infiltrates the surface. Almond-grey overall, a light orange accent streaks into the obverse right field.

Grand National Collection. NGC's "environmental damage" seems a little harsh for the example that shows barely more magenta-grey residue than usual, as this is actually a marvelously original example of the type. For the second, perhaps the impairment deserves mention as greenish and grey encrustation does affect the reverse. Two coin lot.

I have to admit, this one won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but you will have to admit that it’s pretty darn cool! The center has a precious orangey marquise coral cabochon. There is a freeform, bezel set fossilized ammonite stone and the piece is completed with a elongated cabochon identified as rutilated quartz. None of the stones have indications of polymers or dyes, Stone Group Laboratories report #240827R-SJ. This piece has a pin on the back and also opens so it can be added to chain. Dimensions 4" x 1.5", 26.2 dwt.
