  • Lot #386 - 1854 AU details/tooled, and an 1874 XF details/ex-jewelry, both PCGS
  • Gold $3-Indian Princess Head
  • Zee's Densities Collection. Impairments place a damper on this 3-dollar duo, but how often does one find an auction lot with two certified examples? Included are: 1854 (delicate hairlines subtly traverse the lower portrait, erasing a few contact marks), and 1874 (glittering brightly as is typical of previously edge-mounted examples). Two coin lot.

  • Lemonade Stand Collection. KM#415.2, Madrid mint. Almost never found truly problem-free, it's quite a feat to locate such a well-preserved 1/2-escudo that hasn't become infested with hairlines or surface damage. Light friction wears on the surface, of course, but the gleaming yellow-gold hue pleases the eye.
