  • Swap Deterred Collection. “Changing $500!” A run of four 1934 $5 silver certificates that are all “changeover notes” and are all in Choice Uncirculated condition fills this group lot. Each of these notes are PMG certified and includes a 1934-C CHCU-64 EPQ, 2x 1934-D CHCU-64 EPQ, and a 1934-D CU-63 EPQ. Incredible paper quality and fully embossed ink makes all four of these notes PQ for this scarcely seen type (ck).

  • 49 graded MS-67, 9 graded MS-67+, zero higher at PCGS. Common most of the time, the 1950 BTW half-dollar can be pleasantly appreciated when found so nice and luminous as this remarkable, superb gem example. Inevitably, the pre-strike abrasions that always appear on Washington's cheek, no matter what the grade, will show up under a loupe but the surface otherwise remains phenomenally immune from contact and seems fully original.
