Half Dimes-Capped Bust
Logan-McCloskey-1 is a die-marriage for which a few prooflike examples have been observed, and at least a couple certified and so-designated as such. The present coin has not been designated by NGC but it doesn't take long to peer at the surface under magnification and see unexpectedly strong reflectivity where toning has not overtaken the mirrors. And speaking of, a majority of the surface has been drenched in Navy-grey and Pacific-blue coloration that lends an air of brilliant originality. A precisely struck and unquestionably very choice half-dime with distinct qualities.
