Included are: 1854 (delicate hairlines subtly traverse the lower portrait, erasing a few contact marks), and 1874 (glittering brightly as is typical of previously edge-mounted examples). Attractive and obviously choice, both sides exhibit unusually bright luster and a highly appealing admixture of lavender-yellow and steely lilac toning. The reverse shows crisp delineation of the eagle's talons and feathers, but the obverse stars have soft centers overall.
