  • Uncut sheet of four 1981 $1 Boston Fr# 1911-A - PMG ChCU-64/thinning
  • US Currency-Federal Reserve Notes, Small
  • An extremely rare uncut sheet of four 1981 $1 Federal Reserve notes from the Boston district has been certified by PMG as CHCU-64 Net as thinning is to blame for the net grade. This particular sheet has a mis-marked serial number on the third note down as it is incorrectly marked on the right side as a B-H block when the notes are from the A-H block series (ck).

  • Lot #556 - 1914 MS-61, and a 1914-S MS-62, both ANACS
  • Hammer: $5,750
  • Gold $20-Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle
  • Cheddars de Voirs Collection. A pair of generally common double-eagles remain in their old ANACS slabs -- a rarity especially when presented as a single auction lot. First is 1914 , heavily abraded and showing surprisingly decent luster for such a low mint-state grade. Accompanying is 1914-S, wonderfully lustrous and seemingly a candidate for upgrade consideration. Two coin lot.

  • Lot #631 - Four 1881-S NGC MS-66
  • Hammer: $900
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • Cartwheeling luster displays that reveal virtually no marks or issues are noticed throughout this very handsome foursome of 1881-S Morgan dollars that have been graded by NGC as MS-66. All four of these are wonderfully white and boast gleaming surfaces that are certainly adequate for their assigned grades. Older generation NGC holders lends further credence to the possibility of these pieces being conservatively graded (ck).
