Substantially more red than brown, or shall we say "orange" as the swirling luster powers copper-flame hues. An old, partial fingerprint layers each side, probably causing subtle mellowing of the vintage color. Adequately struck and free from any mentionable contact.

Pinpoint sharpness speaks to an expert strike, as does intense cartwheel energy readily pinwheeling around both sides. The grade was undoubtedly limited mostly by a sizable abrasion on the cheek, as well as a glut of tiny abrasions across the whole surface.

Lot #307 - Native American Unsigned Squash Blossom

Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
