Early United States mint sets are among the most difficult items to find in their original condition and packaging. There are five such issues here that includes a 1949, a 1951, a 1952, a 1954, and a 1957. Each of these are still in their original cardboard sleeves and envelopes as well. Wispy and dusty tones cling to all of the surfaces of each issue within each set lending even further evidence to these particular set’s originality. Exquisite Tahitian pearl drop earrings with two cultured black pearls measuring approximately 8mm and two measuring approximately 10mm with small bezel set diamond accents. The earrings are made by Mikimoto and include the hallmark of an M inside the outline of an oyster at the bottom of the last pearl. The top pearl can be positioned anywhere on the chain that dangles down from diamond post and is part of the Pearls in Motion collection. Length 1.75”, 5.0 dwt.
