Half Dollars-Draped Bust
Overton-119, R.3, and a die-marriage that is popular for the dramatic clash marks strewn about both sides. Later stages show peripheral die cracks which have just begun to develop on the obverse of this almond-grey and partially lustrous example. Dusky rainbow tones arc gracefully atop Liberty's portrait and draw attention to honestly worn, problem-free surfaces.

Lot #289 - Sterling Silver Necklaces

The first necklace is circa 1960/1970 and signed H W on the reverse (possibly H. Wood of the Navajo nation). This 24” sterling silver (tested) bead necklace features a shadowbox pendant holding a turquoise cab with an engraved design. The turquoise looks like it might have come from the Fox Mine of Nevada. Some of the beads have some denting. The second necklace is also circa 1960/1970 and is an unsigned 18” sterling silver (tested) squash blossom necklace for a child, possibly of Navajo origin. This necklace features turquoise cabs that look like they might also be from the Fox Mine of Nevada with a seven stone Naja pendant and eight blossoms. 3.60 troy ounces.
