  • Copeland Society Consignment. A trio of NTC silver dollars are worthy contenders despite potential disagreement with assigned grades. Included are: 1878 8TF (cataloger's grade: [AU-58], heavily draped in vintage greyish hues with utterly pleasing, vibrant midnight-blue tracing the rims, 1890-O (cataloger's grade: [MS-64 SPL], nearly prooflike and showing a clean cheek offset by scant abrasions in the obverse lower left field), and 1892-O (cataloger's grade: [UNC/cleaned] but only faintly so, and now draped in faint apricot patina that downplays trivial hairlines and planchet striations). Three coin lot.

  • Half Dollars-Liberty Seated
  • A total of sixty-one examples partially fills this Dansco album of Liberty Seated dimes that all range in grade from About Good to Extra Fine. Included in this incomplete collection are the following issues: an 1837 Large Date, No Stars (AG), an 1838-O (GD+), an 1838 Small Stars (AG), an 1839 (GD), an 1839-O (AG), an 1840-O (GD), an 1840-O (GD), an 1840 Drapery (VG), an 1843 (XF+), an 1849 (VF), an 1853 Arrows (VF), an 1854 Arrows (XF), an 1857 (XF), an 1858 (VF), an 1861 (AU, cleaned), an 1869-S (F), an 1871 (XF), an 1873 Open 3 (VF, cleaned), an 1874 (XF), an 1876 (XF), an 1876-CC (GD, reverse damage), an 1877-CC (VG), and several others. This would make a tremendous start to a Liberty Seated dime collection for the collector on a budget (ck).
