  • Collector Lots-Proof Sets
  • A tremendous trio of difficult to find early United States proof sets that are each still securely housed in their original government packaging. Included in this run is a 1938, a 1940, and 1941 proof set that all offer above average grades and eye appeal. Each of these sets is still wrapped up in mint tissue and are still in their unbroken cellophane holders. There is zero question to the originality of these sets and that is very difficult to find in today’s marketplace (ck).

Even though they are all of the same numeric grade, one of these four examples offers the added benefit of proof-like surfaces that gives it an edge over the others (ck).
