The early years of the Chinese panda silver bullion issues were far lower mintages as the consumer demand was not nearly as strong as it is in today’s market. There are ten nearly flawless 1992 large date 1oz. Chinese silver pandas that still reside in their original and uncut plastic sheet. New old stock of these early year issues are nearly impossible to find making this particular sheet a highly sought after commodity (ck).

Half Dollars-Liberty Seated
Off a low mintage of about 6-thousand, close to a sixth were proof strikings, although the date is famous for circulation strikes that seemingly exceed the qualities of sister proofs. That said, the cataloger can find no reason at all for NGC to deny a cameo designation given wall-to-wall mirrors and ample frosted texture on the devices. A deeply impressed example showing a whisper of softness at Liberty's forehead.
