Lightly tanned surfaces give this uncut sheet of (12) 1928-G $2 Legal Tender notes a truly organic and original look. This particular series (EA Block) is rarely seen in uncut sheet form and is truly deserving of the Choice About UNC 58 grade given by PMG. Nice centering and a very minor tear are noted (ck).

The 1873 “open” versus “closed” is differentiated by the number 3’s lower serif ball, and its ability to pass through the gap between top and bottom. Bright golden color is, on the obverse, subdued by appropriate marking for the grade.
