More attractive than a Charlotte quarter-eagle has a right to be, the surface pulls off some intriguing two-toned corn-gold and steely olive-green contrast that helps ignite very good visual appeal. Curiously shiny lavender hue traces over the rims, joined by subtle similar accents elsewhere on some highpoint details. A strangely compelling key Carson City dollar.
