There are ten nearly flawless 1992 large date 1oz. Chinese silver pandas that still reside in their original and uncut plastic sheet. Bowers lists this misplaced date but it is seldom referenced elsewhere, which is too bad given how prominent the digits are within the denticles. They are especially visible on such a nice, high-grade example of this Civil War survivor. Neither side would truly pass as UNC under close inspection, but the amount of wear is paper-thin and the coin overall exhibits attractive golden color with pinkish lowlights.
