101st Airborne Collection. A group of Standing Liberty quarters was recently extracted from the consignor's Dansco collection, as all the other pieces are circulated. Included are: 1917-D type-2 (MS-62 and extremely original toning that looks much like mint-set patina), 1919 (UNC/FH but showing hazy surfaces), 1925 (Ch BU), 1926-D (UNC but not well struck and showing album color), and 1928 (Ch BU/FH and with attractive turquoise iridescence clinging to the devices. There are .60 cttw in baguette cut side diamond, .60 cttw in bullet cut side diamonds and .06 cttw in bezel set round brilliant cut diamonds, VS-SI1 clarity, H-I color. The ring has a lovely profile design and vintage feel overall. Approximate Ring Size 4 (with sizing beads), 4.7 dwt.
