VAM-4. Extremely well struck and absolutely chrome-bumper brilliant in the fields around cameo devices. Indeed, this coin borders upon special designation with a fully prooflike obverse and semi-prooflike-plus reverse that could earn a "star" at another grading service. A fair number of random bagmarks stray upon the cheek, all of them small and individually unimportant -- fully consistent with a choice or better grade.

Land And Home Collection. Hodder 2-D, Breen-190, R.6+. The "Godless" LON DON variety is much scarcer than the more often encountered GOD PRESERVE LONDON varieties. The surface of this wallet-brown example has a somewhat dry appearance but has no curious discolorations. Several tiny, curious pockmarks dot the elephant side, while the reverse shows no unexpected contact.
