Cochrane Gambit Consignment. Cataloger's grade: [MS-61], the appearance highly reminiscent of 1859-O dollars from the famed bag hoard found decades ago. McCloskey-D, head of 1835, and probably a middle die-state example given the obverse die crack in the upper left field, but the crack will eventually descend into the lower right field on later coins. Both sides have been wiped a little too strongly to permit a straight grade.
