  • Lot #914 - 1909-S VDB Lincoln PCGS XF-45
  • Small Cents-Lincoln, Wheat
  • Vintage Hershey patina guarantees the appeal of this key date cent, and sharpness has not succumbed much to circulation on either side as bold details persist. Admittedly, the obverse sees a number of tiny abrasions, including a fair number that pepper Lincoln's coat, while the reverse shows hardly any evidence of wear at all.

Wholly original surfaces sporting dusty hues are readily apparent when looking at this foursome of PCGS certified classic commemorative halves that have all been graded as MS-65. Mostly white and bright surfaces along with problem free fields make each of these adequate representations for the assigned grade. The four examples included in this group lot are a 1918 Lincoln, a 1936-S Columbia, a 1936 Lynchburg and a 1936 Elgin (ck).
