Half Cents-Draped Bust
Bachelor Simon Collection. Cohen-13, plain 4, stemless, and a generally readily available Redbook entry, though obviously at AU-55, this is a sharp and pleasing example. The obverse appears slightly glossy compared to the reverse and either side appears free from major abrasions -- the reverse unusually so. Bold deep brown coloration provides a nice visual impression of completely original preservation.

Accompanying is a Japan 1907 50-sen (KM#y31), a superior example with appealing original luster and obverse splashes of bronze-yellow against reverse charcoal accents. Two coin lot.
