Included in this run is a 1938, a 1940, and 1941 proof set that all offer above average grades and eye appeal. Each of these sets is still wrapped up in mint tissue and are still in their unbroken cellophane holders. Clem Stevens Collection. While not necessarily rare even in rarified air, the 1928 Oregon is that much easier to appreciate with such clean surfaces and a razor-sharp strike. An extremely faint layer of amber-tan layers the surface and has no hope of suppressing the shimmering silken luster.
