  • Lot #652 - 1880-CC 8/Low 7 PCGS MS-63 CAC
  • Silver Dollar-Morgan
  • VAM-6, Top-100 could have been simply indicated by PCGS, which would have automatically denoted the low overdate. Minimal luster races across the fields, which is what one hopes of a silver dollar with truly deep mirrors. Almost perfectly struck despite several light, vertical planchet striations lined up across the ear.

  • Lot #359 - 1850-C PCGS XF-45 CAC
  • Hammer: $3,500
  • Gold $2.50-Liberty Head Quarter Eagle
  • 26 graded XF-45, 81 higher at PCGS. Considered challenging but not particularly rare, this appears to be a significantly nicer example than average given lovely, grungy surfaces and attractive, original rose-gold hue within the fields. Even the strike does not disappoint despite being taken off of dies that clashed many times prior. And perhaps best of all, aside from one prominent surface nick above the head, the coin has not been as heavily abraded as many, leading to a premier opportunity for the Charlotte gold enthusiast.

The turquoise appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. This bracelet is in excellent condition and is a genuine statement piece! 3.54 troy ounces.
