101st Airborne Collection. A group of Standing Liberty quarters was recently extracted from the consignor's Dansco collection, as all the other pieces are circulated. Included are: 1917-D type-2 (MS-62 and extremely original toning that looks much like mint-set patina), 1919 (UNC/FH but showing hazy surfaces), 1925 (Ch BU), 1926-D (UNC but not well struck and showing album color), and 1928 (Ch BU/FH and with attractive turquoise iridescence clinging to the devices. Bucky The Badger Consignment. Various shades of reds, browns, and purples cling to the uncirculated surfaces of all five examples within this group lot of Indian Head cents. Three of the five examples are PCGS certified and includes an 1862 MS-62, an 1885 MS-64BN, and a 1901 MS-64RB. There are two remaining NGC certified issues that includes an 1894 MS-63BN and a 1902 MS-65RB. While each of these are more than adequate for their assigned grades, the 1902 has a royal purple splash that makes it stand out from the crowd (ck)!
