Slightly pale yet seemingly fully original overall, the aluminum-grey surface gets a little bit of accenting from deeper greyish areas within the recesses. A strong rim encircles either side, and a few internal details emerge from the central areas, in particular with some evidence of vertical lines for the fasces.

Land And Home Collection. Hodder 2-D, Breen-190, R.6+. The "Godless" LON DON variety is much scarcer than the more often encountered GOD PRESERVE LONDON varieties. The surface of this wallet-brown example has a somewhat dry appearance but has no curious discolorations. Several tiny, curious pockmarks dot the elephant side, while the reverse shows no unexpected contact.
