Ga Ha Ha Consignment. HK-449, R.4 in silver. 23 graded MS-64, 10 higher at PCGS. Struck to commemorate opening of the Manila Mint in 1920, which was the first and only U.S. Branch mint located outside of the United States proper. Manila struck coinage from then until 1945 when it was destroyed during the closing days of World War II, after Japan had seized the mint for production since 1941. Blistering luster generates adequate eye-appeal, along with pleasing vintage patina for this hefty specimen.

Dino-Mite Collection. Effects of a relatively old cleaning have muted the luster somewhat yet this key dime remains reasonably attractive and would easily stand in for a nicer UNC collection. Of course, the cleaning does not affect strike quality, which was good enough to produce completely split and nearly fully rounded bands on the fasces.

This three stone diamond ring has three old European cut round diamonds across the center weighing an estimated .75 cttw, SI clarity, I-J color with 12 side round diamond accents set with milgrain detailing. Ring size 7.25, 2.6 dwt.
