Large Cents-Draped Bust
Elm Then Almond Collection. Sheldon-189, a famously near-impossible key date to get straight-graded at any major grading service. Contrary to many low-grade pieces that have either a weak date or LIBERTY, this example features a nicely bold date, and LIBERTY has partial weakness only at the upper third of each letter. The coin was struck off of early dies, showing a small die chip between "E" of ONE and "T" of CENT -- a worthy diagnostic as to authenticity. An amazingly nice surface for the grade given the utter lack of environmental effects aside from normal circulation.

A common date even at the gem level, a 1927 this nice serves perfectly for type representation. The surface, pale and pristine, manifests outstanding luster for a sunken-relief strike, and the only detraction appears to be an erratic hairline mostly hidden within the headdress.

Exquisite Tahitian pearl drop earrings with two cultured black pearls measuring approximately 8mm and two measuring approximately 10mm with small bezel set diamond accents. The earrings are made by Mikimoto and include the hallmark of an M inside the outline of an oyster at the bottom of the last pearl. The top pearl can be positioned anywhere on the chain that dangles down from diamond post and is part of the Pearls in Motion collection. Length 1.75”, 5.0 dwt.
