Truly original attributes are present and include some very minor staining on the reverse side letting anyone interested know that this particular sheet has not been doctored. Bucky The Badger Consignment. 1864 saw the production of two distinct cent planchets. One featured the Indian head cent’s originally intended copper nickel composition, as shown. The second an easier to strike and soon-to-be-adopted bronze alloy that would used until 1982. Deeply original surfaces, showcasing a particularly glowing reverse.
