McCloskey 4-D, large date, second head. Noticeable luster illuminates the peripheral areas, surrounding what seems like generally original surface qualities. Grand National Collection. An odd pairing puts a silver dollar up against a cent equivalent for this PCGS lot. First is 1934 dollar (L&M-110, KM#624), typically lustrous and showing only average marks beneath pale pearl-white patina. Accompanying is a not-often-seen China-Taiwan 1949 chiao, KM#Y-531, burning with flame-red color and luster while minute flecks of olive-brown shower either side. Two coin lot.
