World Coins-Russia
KM#Y65.2, St. Petersburg mint. The "narrow rim" appears to be scarcer than wide rim examples. NGC detected trace finger friction on either wise, accounting for the grade, but this does appear to be a reasonably original coin with hints of deeper mustard-gold patina.

Scott Laiter Collection. Mintage: 2000. 74 graded AU-58, 42 higher at NGC. Undoubtedly UNC in the days before certification, the fields radiate pleasing semi-flashy luster and ample, original carrot-orange hue that speaks to excellent preservation. Well struck details seem unperturbed by wear, the grade accounted for by finger friction affecting either side consistently and about equally. An utterly delightful example.
