Gold $2.50-Indian Head Quarter Eagle
Far and away the scarcest Indian quarter-eagle, the 1911-D gets additional respect when a grading service provides the "strong D" moniker. The mintmark seen here cannot be mistaken at all, being readily visible without the aid of a loupe. Terrific for MS-62, this well struck coin practically glitters with faintly yellowed golden hue. A topnotch example at just about the most approachable quality grade for the date.

Smooth, only very slightly worn and showing about as bold a mintmark as can be found for 1911-D. Amazingly few abrasions show on either side, allowing the quality of AU-58, in this case, to exceed the quality of some example graded a couple of points higher.

Next up is a three-strand pearl bracelet with two 14K white gold diamond spacers and a 14K white gold diamond encrusted clasp weighing approximately .60 cttw, SI clarity, H color. The pearls measure approximately 5.5mm and are a beautiful ivory-white color with good luster. Length 7.75”, 17.5 dwt.
