Here is a fantastic run of four wholly original United states Proof sets that runs from 1950 through 1953. Each of these sets are still housed in their original boxes with the original tissue paper and all coins in their original cellophane sleeves! While these sets are very difficult to find in OGP, they are even more difficult to find in this condition. Each set is very attractive and offers fully proofed surfaces that are free from distracting or off quality toning. They do not come like this very often (ck).

Included are: 1883 "no cents" (surprising cameo despite slightly cracked dies and a very good obverse strike), 1889 (tremendous luster and detailing and not at all prooflike as are many of this date), and 1902 (slight obverse cameo against virtually no contrast on the reverse, all wrapped up in a glassy, pristine package). This cool cocktail ring has an 8mm pink star sapphire (minor abrasions and imperfections on the surface of the stone) with a halo of round diamonds as well as a shield cut and bullet baguette on the side. Altogether the diamonds weigh an estimated 1.00 cttw, SI clarity, J-L color. Ring size 7, 6.2 dwt.
