Lightly tanned surfaces give this uncut sheet of (12) 1928-G $2 Legal Tender notes a truly organic and original look. This particular series (EA Block) is rarely seen in uncut sheet form and is truly deserving of the Choice About UNC 58 grade given by PMG. Nice centering and a very minor tear are noted (ck).

At first glance, the quality seems much superior to MS-62, and even careful scrutiny will find only the most trivial abrasions, about the size of flea specks. MS-64 almost seems like a possibility until one discovers light hairlines erratically scattered within the fields, albeit they are clearly toned down by the attractive yellow-gold color. Almost fully struck and showing a nice, sharp "D" mintmark on the reverse.

There are .60 cttw in baguette cut side diamond, .60 cttw in bullet cut side diamonds and .06 cttw in bezel set round brilliant cut diamonds, VS-SI1 clarity, H-I color. The ring has a lovely profile design and vintage feel overall. Approximate Ring Size 4 (with sizing beads), 4.7 dwt.
