Copeland Society Consignment. Gem Uncirculated examples litter this nineteen-coin group lot of Morgan silver dollars that have been “graded” by NTC, PCI, and CRC. Ther is a beautiful mixture of gorgeously toned and blast white examples that have all been assigned lofty grades that most would consider a bit too high based on current grading standards. Included in this eye catching group lot are the following issues: an 1879-O PCI MS-65, an 1880-O NTC MS-65, an 1880-S NTC MS-68, an 1881-O NTC MS-66, an 1882-O NTC MS-65, an 1883-O NTC MS-67, an 1884-O NTC MS-67, an 1885-O NTC MS-67, an 1887-O NTC MS-66, an 1888-O NTC MS-66, an 1889-O CRC MS-63, an 1891-O NTC MS-65, an 1898-O NTC MS-66, an 1899-O NTC MS-67, a 1900-O NTC MS-67, a 1901-O NTC MS-67, a 1902-O NTC MS-67, a 1904-O NTC MS-67, and a 1921 NTC MS-67. While the Swiss 20 Franc gold coin is a popular choice among bullion investors as a low premium way to buy smaller gold, there are some lower mintage issues that can be very difficult to attain. This five piece lot of PCGS certified 20 Francs offers five such examples and includes an 1883 MS-63, an 1891-B MS-61, an 1892-B MS-62, an 1893-B MS-61, and an 1893-B MS-62. Each of these offers a very similar aesthetic displaying yellow-orange surfaces that are bright and lustrous with some minor bag marks noticed. These issues have a combined catalog value north of $12,000 (ck)!
