Quarter Dollars-Capped Bust
Bachelor Simon Collection. Browning-1. The Browning plate coin in this exact same die-state might be available for a quarter-million dollars, but for most other collectors, a choice off-white example like this with formidable luster should do just fine. The underdigit shows nicely under a loupe, as does the satiny greyish surface showing no problems. There truly are no post-production defects to mention but interestingly, faint adjustment marks show across the lower portrait. A boldly appealing example of the highly sought overdate.

Land And Home Collection. Hodder 2-D, Breen-190, R.6+. The "Godless" LON DON variety is much scarcer than the more often encountered GOD PRESERVE LONDON varieties. The surface of this wallet-brown example has a somewhat dry appearance but has no curious discolorations. Several tiny, curious pockmarks dot the elephant side, while the reverse shows no unexpected contact.
