Each set offers five Gem proof issues that includes a 1oz., a 1/2oz., a 1/4oz., a 1/10oz., and a 1/20oz. piece. All three of these sets come with their original plastic display cases and COA inside of their matching pleather zip up pouch. Fewer than 5,000 sets were issued in each of these years making these very scarce sets for the series (ck).

17 graded MS-67, 5 higher at PCGS. 1887 is one of several hoard dates within the Seated Liberty dime series that sees hundreds of UNC examples still in existence. That said, very few could possibly meet the almost-devastating level of quality witnessed here as a ridiculous amount of silver-bright mint luster compresses into the small fields on either side. The reverse maybe even grades a point higher but alas, several tiny intrusions into the obverse right field preclude perfection.
