Bucky The Badger Consignment. Coppery champagne-orange offers slightly matte texture, especially on the reverse where the aspect could easily be mistaken for a matte-proof striking. The reverse falls half a shade closer to the orange hue for which 1909 cents of all kinds are known, this key also flaunting bold, sharp details from a nearly full strike. Perhaps a couple of microscopic carbon flecks on the reverse could be mentioned, but otherwise, the surface remains cheerfully free from distractions.

PCGS has certified the other half of the equation with a 1913-S AU-58 and a 1929-S MS-64+RB. A wonderful opportunity to fill some fairly difficult spots in a higher end collector grade set (ck).
