PMG has wisely graded this sheet as Gum Uncirculated 65 EPQ. It is worth mentioning that the serial numbers range from A000007 through A000012 and that the Charter number is #31. Growth Collection. Struck to a typical level of sharpness for the date. All by itself, the obverse should grade at least MS-64 RB, or possibly fully red given ecstatic luster on that side and a near-total lack of potential distractions. On the reverse, an unusually blueberry-grey splash towards the left is to prominent to ignore and assuredly counts heavily toward constraining the grade, although otherwise, this side would be predominantly red as well.
