Possibly taken off of slightly rusted dies, the fields display curiously appealing ultra-fine matte texture that only bolsters the amazing lustrous effect. The details are not quite as sharp as usual for 1927 as can be inferred by nominal merging at Liberty's toes and lower face, and one dark spot lands beside her knee.

Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
