Logan-McCloskey-7.3, R.4 and collectable by die-state, with this example showing a definite crack above "ER" on the reverse that will eventually become a retained cud in subsequent states. Although this carefully detailed example does not appear to emit much luster at all, the surface boasts a gratifying level of vintage patina and suffers zero mentionable marks.
