  • Lot #788 - 1933-S MS-62, 1934-D MS-63, and a 1936 MS-65, all PCGS
  • Half Dollars-Walking Liberty
  • Witmor Farms Collection. A trio of 1930s half-dollars are all nicely preserved in mint-state per PCGS. Included are: 1933-S (satiny luster and an unexpectedly bold strike beneath lightly clouded surfaces), 1934-D (a mediocre strike still managed to produce exuberant silvery luster), and 1936 (decent strike on surfaces that show a whisper of haziness). Three coin lot.

  • Lot #249 - 1832 half-dime NGC MS-64, and a 1912 Barber dime PCGS MS-65
  • Hammer: $1,250
  • Collector Lots-Silver Type
  • Robert Michaels Collection. A pair of diverse type coins comprises this pairing. First is an 1832 half-dime that appears essentially totally free from abrasions, although some fleeting hairlines likely limit the grade. The 1912 dime very has slight softness near the centers but benefits from formidable mint luster and light splashes of orange-gold near the rims. Two coin lot.

  • Lot #307 - Native American Unsigned Squash Blossom
  • Hammer: $425
  • Jewelry-Silver
  • Circa 1960/1970, this sterling silver (tested, not marked) and turquoise squash blossom necklace features 10 blossoms set between seamed beads and an 8-stone Naja at the bottom. The design of the piece is mostly original with a slight twist on modernism. The turquoise used in the making appears to be from the Cripple Creek mine. Condition is very nice for its age with a vintage patina to the metal. Unsigned piece so tribal affiliation is unknown. Length 28”, 5.78 troy ounces.
